Jiangyin Haile Chemical fibre Co.,Ltd. is a stock &
private enterprise, which is the largest manufacturer
of polyester staple fibre in Jiangsu. Our company locates
in Jiangyin City that the port city of Yangtse Delta
Area, which nears Jiangyin yangtse Bridge, in the south
of Huning Express, on the west of Jinghu Express Huangtang
Exit, on the north of Xinchang Railway and Yanjiang
Express, as a result we enjoying a convenient transportation
of land and river.
Our company has the total assets in the amount of
50 million, and we have four advanced polyester staple
fibre production lines and have the annual output in
the amount of 30, 000 tons of polyester staple fibre.
All the production uses raw materials including import
of PET bottle chip, superior domestic PET bottle flakes
and PET popcom chip. We have advanced production process,
complete measurement devices and strong technical capability,
which forms a production of large quantities, many series,
many varieties, high quality and high level management.
Our products have stable production quality, which are
very popular among the domestic and oversea customers.
Our company has import and export right and 60% polyester
staple fiber we produced are export by us,to Russia、Europe、Middle
East、South America and Southeast countries and areas.
Our company mainly produces two series polyester staple
fibres including common small chemical fibre series
and special textile middle chemical fibre, of which
the specification includes 1.4D、1.5D、2D、3D、6D、7D、8D、10D、15D
and etc., the length varies from 30MM to 150MM, and
the color includes raw white, bright white, optical
white, common black and optical black. We also can produce
all kinds of colored polyester staple fibre according
to the sample of the customers.
